Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled as we process and pack your items quickly. If an item doesn’t fit, you can return it and order the correct size.

I haven’t received my order – what should I do?
Don’t worry! Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. When your order is shipped, you’ll get another email with your tracking information.

My tracking says the order was returned. What now?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period from the day you receive your package. All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached.
Please note: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are non-refundable, but they can be exchanged for another item or a gift card.
How much does a return cost?
Return shipping is paid by the customer and depends on your country and chosen courier.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Email us at support@walter-underwear.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll send you the return instructions.
How long does an exchange take?
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your exchange within 10 days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your new item has been shipped.
Where can I find my order number?
You’ll find it in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. If you can’t find it, our customer service team will be happy to help.
What should I do if I received a defective item?
If your item was damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. Send a photo to support@walter-underwear.com — we’ll help you right away.
What if I return an item after 30 days?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns made outside the 30-day return window.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we’ve received your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued. Please note that it may take up to 3 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
