Delivery Times

Our shipping process is simple and consists of two main steps:

Processing Time (24–48 hours):
During this time, we confirm your order, perform quality checks, and carefully pack your items.

Shipping Time (approx. 4–8 business days):
Once your order leaves our international distribution centre, it typically takes 4–8 business days to arrive.

Please note: Delivery times may be longer during busy periods such as Black Friday or public holidays. However, we always do our best to deliver as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Our free delivery includes tracking and insured shipping, so you can shop with peace of mind. You can track your order in real time on our tracking page.

Changes & Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it enters processing shortly afterwards. Changes or cancellations can still be made during the processing time, so please contact us as soon as possible.
Once the order has been dispatched, we’re no longer able to make any changes.
If something doesn’t fit, you can always return or exchange the item.
